While we do our best to have all of our products available for purchase on our website there may be times where you might require a specific product or a range of products you cannot find on our online store. You are required to arrange for the returns delivery at your own expense and risk, if you require further information please refer to our terms and conditions. A refund will not be applied to goods that show signs of attempted installation whether or not in original packaging. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging, show no signs of attempted installation and be in a saleable condition. Before processing a return we would ask you to e-mail us at with images of the goods that you would like to return. It is important to note that the delivery charge will not be refunded in this instance and a 25% restocking fee will be applied against the total order value.
If you have however received delivery of goods but would like to return them, you have a right to return your order up to 10 days after receiving delivery.
If you decide to cancel your purchase with us before your goods have been dispatched then a full refund including any relevant delivery charges will be credited to you using your original payment method.
